Cinnamon Pear Oatmeal

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup of old fashioned oatmeal, cooked per the package directions
  • 1 pear – peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

On your stovetop, cook your oatmeal per the package directions. While oatmeal is cooking, steam your pear.

Once both the pear and the oatmeal are finished cooking, drop both into your blender along with cinnamon.

Add almond milk as you go to reach desired consistency.

This has been one of Emma’s favorite meals to date. She literally dives into it which doubles as a sensory activity 🙂 This recipe can also double as a healthy breakfast for you during the week! I hope you and your little one enjoy it ♥
