This recipe is a perfect amount for icing a batch of cookies, however I would double or triple it when using for cupcakes, cakes, or other desserts.
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups confectioners sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp whole milk
- Using a mixing attachment, whip together ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
- Use immediately or keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
